The Director of Admissions, East Campus, serves as a key leader on the Senior Administrative Team, reporting to the Executive Director of Strategy and Engagement. This twelve-month position leads a team of three Associate Directors and an Administrative Assistant, working in close collaboration with the West Campus Director of Admissions to ensure a cohesive K-12 experience.
The role is centered on imparting Brentwood's mission, values, and program to prospective families. The Director oversees the entire admissions process for grades 6 through 12, partnering with Division Directors, faculty, and the Head of School to build balanced and diverse classes. Beyond managing the recruitment pipeline, the Director serves as a skilled spokesperson for the school's educational program, capturing the life of the school through compelling storytelling across various platforms. The position requires deep engagement in the daily life of the school, from interviewing applicants and their families to co-managing the re-enrollment process for returning families.
