As a Compliance Investigations Administrator, you will step into a leadership position within the Office of Insurance Fraud. In this capacity, you will assist the Deputy Commissioner in directing and administering division operations, providing strategic leadership to investigative and administrative staff. Your day-to-day impact involves overseeing workflow, ensuring strict adherence to policies, and managing employee performance to drive effective fraud prevention. Beyond operational oversight, you will serve as a key voice in policy development, conducting legislative research to identify gaps in public policy and drafting proposed legislation and regulatory documents. You will also represent the department before legislative committees and collaborate with law enforcement agencies, industry representatives, and other stakeholders to address complex insurance fraud issues.
