Launched in 2015, Sol de Janeiro is a globally recognized, award-winning beauty brand drawing inspiration from Brazil's beauty rituals, warmth, and spirit. We deliver a sensory experience beloved by multi-generational consumers worldwide, featuring clinically proven results, transformative textures, and transportive fragrances.
Headquartered in New York, we began as a digitally native brand and have since expanded globally with teams in Paris, London, and Germany. Our commitment to excellence has earned high-profile honors, including being named one of TIME100's 2024 Most Influential Companies, Fast Company's 2024 World's Most Innovative Companies, and WWD Beauty Inc's Power Brands of 2024. These accolades underscore our leadership in the beauty industry and our dedication to being an exceptional workplace.
As the Director, Key Accounts, you will serve as the omnichannel leader for our most critical retail partnerships, fostering excellent working relationships with retailer merchant teams. This role is pivotal in building omnichannel launch plans and driving retail sales growth and net shipments.
You will act as the primary liaison between Sol de Janeiro and our retail partners, managing the US Sephora account and overseeing the Canada and NA Assistant Manager portfolios. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with cross-functional sales, marketing, digital, operations, and finance teams to execute 360-degree opportunity planning. From optimizing in-store visual merchandising and digital exposures to managing inventory forecasts and promotional budgets, you will ensure we remain competitive, maintain top rankings, and advocate for our brand's unique positioning.
We offer a competitive salary and bonus program, a flexible hybrid work environment, and an inclusive culture that values diverse perspectives and celebrates individuality. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, award-winning global beauty brand.
Sol de Janeiro is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
