We are seeking a visionary Advertising Leader to spearhead the development and execution of integrated advertising, media, and creative strategies across our multi-property casino resort environment. As the Director of Advertising, you will serve as the strategic bridge between marketing partners and all departments, ensuring that every campaign reinforces the organization's overarching brand vision.
In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of advertising initiatives—from concept development and production to launch, tracking, and post-campaign evaluation. You will act as the primary liaison for external agencies, media partners, and creative vendors, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with performance goals. Beyond strategy and execution, you will lead and mentor an internal advertising team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
This is a permanent, direct-hire position based onsite in the Palm Springs Area / Coachella Valley, CA. We offer relocation assistance for qualified candidates living more than 100 miles from the worksite.

The selection process focuses on identifying leaders with proven experience in consumer advertising, media planning, and team management within the hospitality or casino resort sectors.
We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, ensuring a workplace where everyone can thrive.
