About the Role
This position leads enterprise IT operations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity strategy to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable technology environments that support business performance across office and field operations. As a key partner to the SVP of Technology, you will define and execute multi-year priorities, balancing immediate operational reliability with long-term infrastructure modernization.
You will oversee the full spectrum of IT service delivery, from incident management to disaster recovery, ensuring readiness across all office locations and construction job sites. Beyond technical execution, this role involves setting the enterprise cybersecurity strategy, managing the IT budget, and driving vendor selection to align technology investments with organizational growth.
Working Conditions
The role is based in an office environment but requires regular visits to construction sites to support field operations and ensure technology readiness across all locations.

Requirements

Nice to Have
