Service Support Analyst

About the Role

The Distributed/Server Service Support Analyst serves as the primary point of contact for technology teams and vendors within the Information Technology Operations Command Center. This mission-critical position ensures the reliable and efficient operation of enterprise-wide production systems by managing server administration, monitoring alerts, and executing incident and change management protocols.

You will act as the operational advocate for business client-facing teams, interfacing with support partners to resolve issues requiring specialized awareness. The role demands minute-to-minute oversight of server operators, tactical decision-making aligned with strategic goals, and the coordination of training for junior and peer team members. As a subject matter expert, you will lead efforts to improve IT service readiness and drive continuous operational improvements.

Work Environment & Schedule

This is a 24/7/365 mission-critical operations role. The position requires working hours from 10:00 PM to 8:30 AM ET, Monday through Thursday. While the role is based in Dallas, Austin, or Phoenix, the position offers telecommute flexibility.
