As an IT Administration Professional within the IT Department, you will serve as a cornerstone for GWS Tool Group's technology infrastructure. Reporting directly to the IT Director, your mission is to ensure that critical servers, platforms, and supporting systems operate with maximum efficiency, security, and reliability across all facilities. This role is vital for maintaining the operational backbone of the organization, bridging the gap between technical execution and long-term strategic planning.
In this position, you will not only configure and maintain platform systems but also drive proactive improvements. Your day-to-day involves managing complex server environments, orchestrating recovery procedures, and performing predictive analyses to resolve potential issues before they impact business continuity. You will collaborate with internal teams and external resources to troubleshoot challenges and uphold high service levels, ensuring that technology supports the company's operational goals seamlessly.
Based in Nashville, TN, this role requires a hybrid approach to on-site support. While the position is based in our Nashville facility, you will be expected to travel to other locations or departments as needed to provide onsite technical support. Travel requirements are estimated at less than 25%.
