About the Role

This leader owns Viking's full top-of-funnel across four strategic pillars: Sales Development (Inbound and Outbound), Marketing, eCommerce, and Digital. The position exists to drive significant growth by doubling marketing-sourced demand from $10M to $20M and delivering $3M–$5M of accretive revenue through a new eCommerce route to market. Beyond hitting targets, the role is about building a team that makes Viking faster, more consistent, and more scalable without adding unnecessary layers.

In this role, you will orchestrate integrated campaigns, lead the launch of a hybrid eCommerce model, and leverage AI to move from 1:1 interactions to 1:many leverage. You will partner with Commercial, Channel, Application Engineering, Operations, and IT to ensure seamless handoffs from interest to fulfillment. This is an opportunity for an operator who ships, measures, and iterates, building a function that scales without scaling headcount linearly.
