About the Role
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a key role in supporting adults in their homes or within the community. Your day-to-day involves more than just tasks; you will encourage social development, support daily living skills, and help individuals thrive. Whether you are teaching self-care, assisting with meal preparation, or facilitating recreational activities based on client interests, your interactions are centered on promoting independence, dignity, and choice.
This is a part-time opportunity with schedules available Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. You will be part of a supportive team where you can see the real impact of your work, changing lives one person at a time.
Hiring Process
To join our team, we require a successful completion of a criminal background check, a dependent adult and child abuse background check, and a drug screen. Once these requirements are met, you will complete the necessary training and certification to assist with personal care and medication management.
