About the Role
Raytheon has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Program Lead (DPL) within the Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) Strategic Business Unit in El Segundo, CA. The DPL owns the planning and execution of the Digital Technology (DT) scope to support program work environment needs. The successful candidate will serve as the DT touchpoint for program leadership, program management teams, and functional partners, acting as a strategic business partner, escalation point, and change agent for digital transformation.
This role operates in a cross-functional environment, ensuring effective DT support of the program from proposal and start-up through sustainment and closure. You will work closely with multi-functional teams comprising Engineering, Security, Manufacturing, Integrated Supply Chain, Finance, and senior Program and DT leadership. The position requires influence across multiple functional areas and interaction with both internal and external customers at strategic and tactical leadership levels. This is a 100% onsite role based in El Segundo, CA, with occasional travel to other locations as needed (approximately 5% travel). No relocation assistance is provided for this position.

Experience with FEOTB, Contracts, SOWs, BOEs, Information Technology proposals and Engineering (Software & Systems) processes and practices. PMP and/or PMX/CMX certification, Control Account Management (CAM) or Earned Value Management System (EVMS) certification or similar project management budget tracking experience.
