This Chief Engineer role leads a group of programs within the S-ISR/CMPC portfolio that provides high-impact software and hardware services to the Intelligence Community (IC) mission. The Chief Engineer is accountable for all aspects of the technical baseline, including architecture, design, software development, test, and delivery using Agile methodologies.
As a recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will be directly involved in proprietary customer engagements to support program objectives. This position involves supporting the front end of the business by working with customers to understand their needs, helping to shape future work, and developing strong positive relationships with the customer community. You will work with program management to innovate high-value, low-cost, yet quick-turn customer solutions, ensuring technical volume development complies with the Statement of Work (SOW) and achieving design-to-cost, performance, and schedule targets.
This position is located onsite in Aurora, CO. Candidates must be U.S. citizens with an active and transferable TS/SCI security clearance on day one, with the ability to obtain a polygraph after starting.
