About the Role

This Chief Engineer role leads a group of programs within the S-ISR/CMPC portfolio, delivering high-impact software and hardware services to the Intelligence Community (IC) mission. As the Chief Engineer, you will be accountable for the entire technical baseline, including architecture, design, software development, testing, and delivery using Agile methodologies.

You will serve as a recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) directly involved in proprietary customer engagements to support program objectives. This position involves supporting front-end business activities by working with customers to understand their needs, shaping future work, and developing strong positive relationships with the customer community. The role is located onsite in Aurora, CO.

Hiring and Interview Process

This position requires an active and transferable U.S. government-issued TS/SCI security clearance prior to the start date, along with U.S. citizenship. Candidates must be able to obtain a polygraph after starting.

As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid, or remote. For onsite roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.
