This Chief Engineer role leads a group of programs within the S-ISR/CMPC portfolio, delivering high-impact software and hardware services to the Intelligence Community (IC). As the Chief Engineer, you will be accountable for the entire technical baseline, including architecture, design, software development, testing, and delivery using Agile methodologies.
You will serve as a recognized Subject Matter Expert (SME) directly involved in proprietary customer engagements to support program objectives. Your day-to-day involves supporting front-end business activities by working with customers to understand their needs, shaping future work, and developing strong positive relationships with the customer community. You will lead engineering bid reviews, ensure program success through cross-functional collaboration, and drive the execution of complex technical baselines.
This position is located onsite in Aurora, CO. Candidates must possess an active and transferable U.S. government-issued TS/SCI security clearance on day one, with the ability to obtain a polygraph after starting. U.S. citizenship is required as only citizens are eligible for this clearance.
