About the Role
This is an outstanding long-term contract opportunity for a Product Manager 5 based in Chandler, AZ (Hybrid). You will join a team of bright minds to support a strategic initiative designed to build a merchant services digital application. In this role, you will act as both a product owner and a senior business analyst, consulting as an expert to develop and influence initiatives for highly complex business and technical needs.
Your day-to-day involves partnering with technology, sales, operations, and risk teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure business readiness. You will leverage AI tools to accelerate your work, participate in daily stand-ups, and communicate progress through presentations. A key part of your mission is to simplify complex product and risk rules into customer-friendly flows while balancing customer simplicity with regulatory constraints.
