This hybrid Digital Marketing Specialist position is designed for a versatile marketer who bridges the gap between strategic planning and hands-on execution. You will serve as a key operator within the marketing ecosystem, managing the full lifecycle of paid media campaigns across a diverse array of channels including search, social, DOOH, display, CTV/OTT, and digital audio.
The role exists to drive efficient growth by leveraging data-driven insights to optimize spend and maximize impact. You will be the central point of contact for campaign execution, ensuring that every dollar allocated contributes to broader business objectives while maintaining strict adherence to budgetary constraints.
Your work will revolve around the continuous cycle of planning, buying, and refining digital campaigns. A significant portion of your day will be spent executing media buys using Stratum's digital buying platform (Basis), alongside major industry tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads. You will analyze performance metrics meticulously to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and pivot strategies in real-time to enhance effectiveness.
Collaboration is central to this position. You will work seamlessly with the marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders to secure creative assets, obtain necessary approvals, and align on cohesive media strategies. Reporting directly to the Manager of Marketing Special Projects & Shared Services, you will translate complex data into actionable recommendations that shape the future of the company's digital advertising efforts.
