About the Role

You will serve as a senior leader within our programmatic and SEO divisions, bridging the gap between strategic vision and execution. In this capacity, you will act as a digital marketplace landscape expert, both internally and with our clients. Your mission is to develop and expand departmental processes while ensuring that all programmatic media plans are strategic, deliver on client objectives, and meet stated goals.

You will partner closely with the Associate Director of Programmatic and the Director of SEO to align resources, manage workloads, and drive new client initiatives. As a key liaison, you will communicate marketplace intelligence, present media strategies, and provide senior-level guidance on campaign reports and research. Your day-to-day involves overseeing team training, mentoring planners and buyers, and ensuring high-quality standards in campaign execution. You will also collaborate with website development partners to implement technical recommendations and champion department processes to stay current on industry trends.
