About the Role
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Influencer & Paid Media Specialist to join our team. This role is designed to bridge the gap between community building and performance marketing. You will combine influencer marketing, paid media management, and content planning to expand brand awareness, deepen engagement, and boost e-commerce performance.\n
In this position, you will act as a proactive strategist who understands the pulse of social media trends. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating closely with our Brand Designer to organize and plan social media content strategies, ensuring every piece of content aligns with our brand voice. You will manage relationships with creators, negotiate partnerships, and oversee the execution of Meta and TikTok Ads campaigns to support our shop's growth.
