The Planning & Analysis team within our Digital organization is responsible for the annual financial planning process, leading the bottom-up budgeting and forecasting process to provide senior leaders with spend visibility and help Digital leaders prioritize the highest value work.
As a Digital Business & Spend Analyst (internally known as a PMO Portfolio Analyst), you will join this team to ensure accuracy and consistency across the portfolio. You will work cross-functionally with Digital leadership, Finance, and other stakeholders to maintain alignment on forecasts and budgets. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills and financial acumen to understand Digital cost drivers, identify trends in cost growth, and translate strategic objectives into actionable deliverables. Beyond financial expertise, this role requires project management experience to ensure the successful delivery of workstream outcomes in support of annual planning.
Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
