About the Role

The Dietary Cook is responsible for preparing and providing food services to residents in a cost-efficient manner, ensuring all needs are met safely in compliance with federal, state, and local requirements. You will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of food preparation, sanitation, storage, and portion control. Your day will involve planning food production to coordinate with meal serving hours, ensuring the quality, temperature, and appearance of food are preserved, and assisting with scheduled cleaning duties following established sanitary standards.
