As the Executive Sous Chef at The Elser, you will serve as a pivotal leader in our culinary operations, assisting in the coordination, supervision, and direction of all aspects of the hotel's food production. Your mission is to maintain profitable Food & Beverage operations while upholding the highest standards of product quality and service. You will be instrumental in training staff, establishing food specifications, and enforcing rigorous sanitation protocols. Beyond daily operations, you will play a key role in controlling costs and maximizing guest satisfaction, ensuring that every dish served reflects the luxury and innovation synonymous with the Highgate brand.
