The Chef de Cuisine serves as the culinary leader for a specific restaurant or kitchen outlet within our property. Working in close partnership with the Executive Chef, this role is dedicated to ensuring that every dish meets Coury Hospitality's rigorous standards for presentation, taste, and consistency. The position exists to drive efficient kitchen operations, maintain the highest food safety protocols, and craft memorable dining experiences through exceptional culinary execution.
You will oversee the daily rhythm of the kitchen, from the morning prep to the final service of the night. Your day involves leading a team of cooks and support staff, ensuring workflows are seamless and service is timely. You will be deeply involved in menu planning and recipe development, collaborating with the Purchasing team to source fresh, high-quality ingredients. Beyond the stove, you will foster a positive, collaborative environment, train your team on advanced techniques, and coordinate with Front-of-House management and the Banquet team to support special events and large group dining.
