The Administrator serves as the operational leader for the clinic, responsible for the overall daily management and execution of clinical and business functions. Reporting directly to regional operational leadership, this role exists to ensure the facility delivers high-quality patient care while meeting strict regulatory standards and financial targets.
In this position, you will act as the bridge between the clinic's staff, the medical director, and corporate leadership. Your day involves orchestrating patient scheduling to optimize staffing levels, leading quality improvement initiatives, and maintaining a safe, sanitary environment. You will oversee all aspects of operational readiness, from compliance with federal and state laws to the maintenance of critical equipment like dialysis machines. Additionally, you will foster a collaborative culture by managing staff development, resolving conflicts, and building strong partnerships with local hospitals and community agencies.
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to function effectively in a leadership capacity with sound judgment in emergent situations. The role requires a blend of analytical problem-solving skills and strong organizational abilities. While prior dialysis management experience is preferred, the primary focus is on the ability to lead teams, manage complex regulatory requirements, and drive operational efficiency.
We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, race, gender, or other protected characteristics. All employees are expected to uphold the company's management goals and promote a team-oriented environment.
