The Clinic Administrator serves as the operational leader responsible for the daily management and overall success of the clinic. Reporting directly to regional operational management, this role acts as the bridge between corporate strategy and on-the-ground execution. The position exists to ensure the clinic delivers high-quality patient care while maintaining strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
In this role, you will drive program growth by implementing processes that optimize patient scheduling, staffing levels, and financial performance. You will lead Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives, reviewing incident reports and coordinating with staff to achieve corporate quality goals. The Administrator ensures the facility remains a safe, sanitary, and fully compliant environment, overseeing everything from equipment maintenance to water treatment mechanisms.
Beyond operations, you will foster strong partnerships with the Medical Director, physicians, local hospitals, and the community. A key part of your day involves cultivating a collaborative culture through effective staff development, recruitment, and retention strategies. You will lead by example, holding the team accountable for performance while promoting a spirit of teamwork and patient-centered service.
