Dialysis Facility Administrator

About the Role

The Administrator serves as the operational leader for the clinic, responsible for the overall daily management and execution of clinical and business functions. Reporting directly to regional operational management, this role ensures the facility operates in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while driving program growth and achieving financial targets.

This position exists to bridge the gap between corporate strategy and on-the-ground execution. The Administrator ensures a safe, sanitary, and efficient environment where patients receive high-quality care. By coordinating all departments and maintaining rigorous documentation standards, the role supports the clinic's mission to minimize hospitalizations and improve patient outcomes.

Day in the Life

Your day involves a dynamic mix of strategic planning and hands-on oversight. You will lead Quality Assessment & Performance Improvement (QAPI) meetings, review incident reports, and collaborate with the Medical Director and governing body to refine clinical processes. A significant portion of your time is dedicated to staff development, including recruiting, training, and performance management, ensuring the team operates with sound judgment and strong teamwork.

You will also manage the physical and operational readiness of the facility, overseeing equipment maintenance, inventory levels, and regulatory compliance. Whether addressing patient inquiries, managing contractual agreements with vendors, or stepping in to fulfill Charge Nurse responsibilities when necessary, you act as the central point of accountability for the clinic's success.
