About the Role

The Clinic Administrator serves as the operational leader responsible for the daily management and overall success of the dialysis facility. Reporting directly to regional operational leadership, this role ensures the clinic operates in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while delivering high-quality patient care. The Administrator acts as a bridge between clinical operations, corporate strategy, and the governing body, ensuring that financial targets, patient outcomes, and staff development goals are met simultaneously.

This position is critical for maintaining a safe, sanitary, and efficient environment. The Administrator oversees all aspects of clinic readiness, from equipment maintenance and water treatment mechanisms to staffing levels and inventory management. By leading Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives, the Administrator drives continuous improvement in patient health outcomes and minimizes hospitalizations.

Requirements

verified18 months as an RN with 6 months experience in nursing care of a patient with kidney failure (if nursing requirements met)
verifiedCPR certification required within 90 days of hire (if nursing requirements met)
verifiedAbility to distinguish all primary colors (if nursing requirements met)
