About the Role
The Clinic Administrator serves as the operational leader responsible for the daily management and overall success of the clinic. Reporting directly to regional operational leadership, this role ensures the facility operates in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while delivering high-quality patient care. The Administrator acts as a bridge between clinical staff, medical directors, and corporate oversight, driving growth, financial stability, and operational readiness.
Day in the Life
Your day involves balancing strategic planning with hands-on operational execution. You will lead Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) meetings, reviewing incident reports and implementing corrective action plans to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance. A significant portion of your time is dedicated to staff development, including recruiting, training, and performance management, as well as fostering a collaborative team environment.
You will also manage the clinic's physical environment, overseeing equipment maintenance, supply inventory, and water treatment systems to guarantee a safe and sanitary facility. By maintaining strong partnerships with local hospitals, vendors, and the community, you ensure the clinic remains a trusted healthcare provider. Whether stepping in as a Charge Nurse or fulfilling CEO responsibilities as delegated, you are the central figure ensuring the clinic meets its clinical, financial, and operational targets.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for this role will undergo a standard interview process to assess leadership capabilities, regulatory knowledge, and cultural fit. Successful applicants will be required to demonstrate proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire and obtain necessary certifications, such as CPR, within the same timeframe.
