About the Team

We are a growing, international software company obsessed with helping marketing and creative teams spend less time coordinating so they can focus on creating. Starting as a digital asset management solution, we have evolved into a full marketing resource management platform. Our culture is built on transparency, continuous development, and the belief that unique personalities and viewpoints drive innovation.

Our DevOps team is a small but mighty group of specialists dedicated to bringing IT Operations and Development closer together through CloudOps. We are responsible for keeping our production applications running and accessible while supporting developers in bringing their code to production quickly and efficiently. Teamwork here relies on active participation; we expect every member to contribute ideas, models, and designs to improve information flow and build better solutions for our customers.

About the Role

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be the backbone of Lytho's engineering platform, owning the infrastructure, tooling, and pipelines that power our products. You will work closely with development teams to ensure they have everything they need to build and ship code quickly and safely. Your mission is to build platforms that let developers ship confidently, always looking for ways to reduce toil, cut costs, and raise the engineering bar.

In this role, you will own and evolve our CI/CD pipelines, ensuring builds and deployments are fast, reliable, and easy to evaluate. You will collaborate with sprint teams to streamline delivery workflows, identify bottlenecks, and automate manual steps. You will manage and expand our AWS infrastructure, keeping a close eye on cloud spend to proactively identify cost optimization opportunities. Beyond infrastructure, you will be the go-to resource for developer tooling, improving log management practices, and building internal tools that remove friction for engineering teams. You will have a real voice in how we build and operate our platform.

Why Become a Lythonian?

We know that our people are what make us great. We continue to invest in resources and programs to support the wellbeing and growth of each Lythonian, both professionally and personally. Our overarching value is "Let People Run," which guides every decision we make. We recognize that people perform their best when provided the resources they need in combination with ownership and autonomy to make an impact.

  • Remote Work & Flexibility: We offer the flexibility to work from home and autonomy to balance work and personal needs. We care about the work you deliver, not the hours you spend online.
  • Room for Growth: In our current stage of rapid growth, there are plenty of opportunities to develop in your career and learn new skills.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: We don't just accept differences; we celebrate them. We are a diverse group with people from all over the world, and our priority is to foster a safe and welcoming environment for all. We have a dedicated committee that focuses on diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts at Lytho.

Equal Opportunity

We are a remote-first company with employees working primarily across the Netherlands and the United States, with an office in Durham, North Carolina, for collaboration. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background. Your unique personality and viewpoints are the reasons why you are a Lythonian, and you are encouraged to speak your mind towards the forward movement of yourself, your team, the organization, and our customers.
