About the Role
We are seeking a versatile and highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our engineering team. This role is designed for a developer who excels in polyglot programming and is capable of building sophisticated, AI-driven applications. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of complex systems—from architecting scalable microservices and implementing cutting-edge Agentic AI workflows to crafting seamless user experiences across multiple modern front-end frameworks.
You will partner with diverse tech stacks to deconstruct monolithic requirements into resilient microservices. Your work will span the entire software development lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering and technical design to deployment and production monitoring. This position offers the opportunity to lead technical discussions and make critical trade-off decisions between different programming languages and frameworks.

Compensation & Benefits
The compensation range for this role is USD 40,000 to USD 142,000, based on the actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. This figure represents a reasonable and good faith estimate.
Full-time employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays.
