The Development Project Manager (Retrofit Data Center Construction) is a pivotal role designed to lead and manage the design, preconstruction, and construction activities for our evolving campus projects. You will interact daily with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, Commissioning Agents, Vendors, and Data Center Operations staff, serving as the central liaison for these critical stakeholders.
In this position, you will not only manage multiple projects on our campuses but also collaborate with Sales Engineers and Product teams to aid in custom deal solutioning for prospective clients. You will help establish and maintain relationships that enhance QTS's ability to be a leader in creating the World's Most Valuable Data Center Real Estate, ensuring that every project meets time, budget, and quality standards in a predictable fashion.
