We are seeking an experienced Technical Training Specialist to join our team for a 36-month engagement. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and delivering training solutions that drive operational readiness and enhance business performance. You will act as a bridge between Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and the broader workforce, translating complex technical content into engaging and effective learning experiences.
Your day-to-day involves partnering closely with stakeholders to gather content and structure comprehensive training curricula. You will facilitate instructor-led (ILT), virtual, and eLearning sessions across multiple locations, ensuring consistent delivery whether in-person or remote. From the initial analysis phase through to full implementation, you will support training projects end-to-end, continuously updating materials to reflect system updates or process changes.

Experience in technical or operational training environments, experience supporting system implementations or process changes, familiarity with training evaluation methods (e.g., Kirkpatrick), and experience with Power BI.
