This role is part of a critical initiative to provide technical instructors and instructional designers who create interactive classroom experiences for military students. The program's mission is to develop processes and technologies for rapidly producing modular, easily updated digital learning content while collaborating with the government to achieve accreditation.
Peraton is seeking a Net+/Sec+ Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver in-person training for adult learners. In this position, you will be the primary customer representative for the development and delivery of customized training solutions and documentation. You will work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment with varying priorities, collaborating with a cross-functional team of subject matter experts and management.
Your day-to-day impact involves setting up and maintaining training environments, writing instructor and participant guides, and designing practical exercises and assessments. You will facilitate course change management and evaluate various learning styles to ensure effective knowledge transfer. A key part of your responsibility is supporting the customer's Council on Occupational Education (COE) accreditation requirements by producing professional deliverables.
