About the Role

We are seeking Electrical Engineers with consulting engineering experience to join our growing teams across our portfolio of operating companies nationwide, including P2S and CMTA. This position supports the design of high-performance electrical systems for a variety of project types, including commercial, institutional, and healthcare facilities. The role may be filled at the Electrical Engineer or Senior Electrical Engineer level, depending on candidate experience, qualifications, and business needs.

Ideal candidates are collaborative, technically strong, and passionate about creating safe, efficient, and sustainable building systems. You will partner with architects, owners, and contractors to solve complex design challenges, ensuring that every project meets rigorous standards for power distribution, lighting, emergency systems, and low-voltage technologies. Whether you are preparing feasibility studies, leading projects from concept through construction, or mentoring junior engineers, your work will directly impact the reliability and sustainability of critical infrastructure.
