We are seeking an experienced Technical Training Specialist to join our team for a 36-month engagement. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training solutions that drive operational readiness and enhance business performance. You will act as a bridge between Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and the broader workforce, translating complex technical content into engaging and effective learning experiences.
Your day-to-day will involve partnering closely with stakeholders to gather insights and develop structured curricula using the ADDIE methodology. You will facilitate instructor-led (ILT), virtual, and eLearning sessions across multiple locations, ensuring consistent knowledge transfer whether in-person or remote. As systems and processes evolve, you will be responsible for updating training materials to reflect the latest changes, ensuring our teams remain agile and proficient.
This position is based in the US, with potential locations in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida. The role requires up to 25% regional travel to support training delivery across these sites.
