We build meaningful, long-term relationships by using our knowledge to guide customers in furnishing anything from an entire home to a single accent piece. About the Role
As a Designer, you will drive sales and customer engagement by promoting programs, leveraging leads, and maintaining an active presence on the sales floor. This role is designed for those who thrive in a creative, team-oriented, and competitive environment while pursuing a rewarding career path in home interiors.
A Day in the Life
Your day will be defined by providing enriched customer interactions and elevated design offerings both in the store and virtually. You will create elevated designs for customers using preferred tools to generate mood boards, 2D & 3D floor plans, product lists, and customer presentations. Whether leading design consultations in person (in-store or in-home) or via email, phone, and virtual channels, you will ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner within determined timelines.
You will maintain operational excellence through impeccable product presentation and the careful use of tools and technology. This involves collaborating with store and design teams to support business goals, ensuring a clear understanding of brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy across channels. You will actively listen to customers to identify products that best meet their needs, communicate company loyalty services, and support store training to drive a clear understanding of our design services.

Requirements
