About the Role

In this role, you will drive sales and customer engagement by promoting programs, leveraging leads, and maintaining an active presence on the salesfloor. You will conduct customer outreach, develop design packages to brand standards, and ensure timely follow-up. Maintaining operational excellence through impeccable product presentation and careful use of tools and technology is essential, as is collaborating with store and design teams to support business goals.

A day in the life as a Designer involves providing enriched customer interactions and elevated design offerings in the store, in-home, and virtually. You will create elevated designs using preferred tools to generate mood boards, 2D & 3D floor plans, product lists, and customer presentations. You will lead design consultations in person or via email, phone, and virtual channels, delivering projects within determined timelines.

You will possess a clear understanding of brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy across channels, including Store, E-Commerce, and Catalog. By actively listening to customers, you will identify which products best meet their needs while communicating company loyalty services. You will also support store training and educate others on design services to drive a clear understanding of our offerings.
