Greenpoint delivers nose-to-tail VIP jet aircraft interiors for private clients and Heads-of-State. We are proud to be known in the aerospace industry for our design and engineering innovation, award-winning company culture, and on-time delivery of our beautiful products. We use leading-edge tools and employee-built processes to deliver extraordinary, one-of-a-kind custom aircraft interiors. It's complex work, but we work smart.
In return for hard work, collaboration, and creativity, our people experience a culture custom built for high achievers. This environment offers big jobs and stretch assignments, high accountability with transparent decisions aligned to values, and the ability to make a big, visible impact on the end product.
As an experienced CMF Designer, you will collaborate with the Design team, cross-functional stakeholders, and the Client to support the quality execution of VIP aircraft programs. This role is critical for ensuring the integrity of the approved design intent is maintained across all phases of completion, from detailed development through production and delivery.
You will act as the bridge between high-level design concepts and actionable direction for internal teams and suppliers. Your day-to-day involves partnering with supply chain management, engineering, and manufacturing to ensure design intent is met and executed. You will proactively address technical conflicts, material challenges, and constructability concerns while supporting client meetings, reviews, and decision-making sessions. A significant part of your role includes evaluating finishes, craftsmanship, and installations to ensure the required level of quality, often requiring travel to inspect materials such as monuments, leather, carpet, metals, and veneers.
