We are seeking an energetic, cheerful, and highly organized Medical Receptionist to serve as the face of our growing practice. You will run a busy front desk, acting as the primary liaison between patients, visitors, and our medical support staff. This role is vital for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for patients, many of whom may be dealing with stress or illness.
In this position, you will greet patients with prompt courtesy, manage check-ins, and handle scheduling for both in-clinic and outside appointments. Your day will involve constant interaction with patients and families, requiring you to screen calls, collect payments, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area. You will also assist with supply ordering and provide coverage for colleagues during breaks.
Please note that this role requires occasional travel to our satellite locations to support our broader operations.
