About the Role

As a Dental Office Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. You will oversee patient service issues to guarantee high levels of guest satisfaction, foster a positive company culture, and manage the logistics of staff scheduling. Every day, you will help create beautiful smiles and contribute directly to the health and well-being of the community.

In this position, you will guide treatment plans with compassion, helping patients overcome financial barriers to make informed decisions. You will also track office performance through daily and monthly reports, analyzing key metrics to drive efficiency. For those interested in expansion, you may be asked to travel to newly acquired DeNovo offices to support their integration and ensure seamless operations.
