About the Role

As a Dental Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our front office, creating a great first impression for every patient who walks through our doors. You will work within a collaborative five-person team that thrives on communication and community support.

In this full-time role, you will manage the daily rhythm of the office, from greeting patients and managing phone lines to coordinating schedules for multiple providers. You will serve as a vital link between patients, insurance companies, and our clinical team, handling everything from appointment confirmations and insurance claim filings to reviewing treatment plan fees and payment options. Utilizing Dentrix, you will ensure patient records are accurate and that our billing processes run smoothly.

Hiring Process & Application

Interested candidates should apply directly to join our team. The position requires a tuberculosis (TB) test for all new hires in dental office roles, which will be arranged during the pre-employment process (not applicable in FL & TN).
