As a Dental Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our front office, creating a great first impression for every patient who walks through our doors. This role is designed for a hard-working and motivated individual who brings a passion for helping the team provide the best patient care to the community.
You will work in an environment that encourages camaraderie and partnership, where patients come first and continuous learning is the norm. Your day will involve managing the flow of the office, from greeting patients and answering phones to handling complex insurance communications. You will utilize Dentrix to manage scheduling and records, ensuring seamless coordination for multiple providers. Additionally, you will play a key role in the financial health of the practice by filing insurance claims, verifying benefits, and reviewing treatment plan fees with patients.
To join our team, candidates must be available for a full-time schedule with rotating shifts (Monday 12pm-8pm, Tuesday 9am-6pm, Wednesday 12pm-8pm, Thursday 7:30am-3pm, and Friday 7:30am-3pm). The position offers a competitive salary range of $20-$22/hr based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment, a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions prior to starting employment. This test will be arranged during the pre-employment process. (Note: This requirement is not applicable in the states of Florida and Tennessee).
