We utilize modern technology including Dentrix, iTero, and Velscope to deliver exceptional patient experiences. Whether you are joining us for a 60-minute recare or a 90-minute new patient appointment, you will be supported by a highly trained team and a practice manager dedicated to your success.
About the Role
We are seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our growing and hardworking team. In this role, you will be part of a supported professional corporation, allowing you to focus on clinical excellence while we handle the business side. You will have access to an expansive network of mentors offering 1:1 hygiene mentorship, ensuring you can develop your full potential and enhance your clinical skills.
Our schedule is designed to balance patient care with team well-being, featuring a mix of morning and evening shifts throughout the week. We offer competitive hourly pay with the flexibility to opt into Daily Pay, receiving your earnings as you work. Additionally, there are opportunities to earn daily and quarterly bonuses.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates should apply directly to join our team. The process includes a pre-employment tuberculosis (TB) test, which is a standard requirement for all new hires in dental office positions (not applicable in FL & TN). This test will be arranged during the pre-employment phase, with all necessary guidance and paperwork provided.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems. Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health.
