Requirements
- verifiedCurrent dental hygienist license in Arizona
- verifiedAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required)
- verifiedCPR Certification
- verifiedExcellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
- verifiedTuberculosis (TB) test required for new hires
