About the Role
As a Dental Assistant, you will join a team that makes a difference by working within a Primary Care Medical Home. This model is not defined by a special building, but by a way of providing healthcare that puts the patient at the center of decision-making. In this role, you will provide hands-on support to Dentists, completing prep work to ensure they can care for patients more efficiently.
Your day will involve escorting patients, updating records, sterilizing tools, and assisting during procedures. You will be an integral part of a workflow that prioritizes patient instruction, monitors patient flow, and maintains a clean, organized clinical environment.

We are currently offering a $5,000 signing bonus for new Dental Assistants.
