About the Role
As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of CompostNow in your local community. You will service approximately 120-180 residential accounts per shift, delivering compostable goods to doorstep household and walk-in office locations, with occasional deliveries to offices and restaurants.
Your day involves collecting 4-gallon bins of food waste and leaving a clean, empty bin in its place, ensuring every customer location is left free of debris. At the end of your route, you will return to the warehouse to unload your van. This role operates within a dynamic environment where we frequently test and launch new services, such as scaled composting and specialty recycling programs. Success in this position requires adaptability and a willingness to learn as we improve and expand our impact.
