About the Role

As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our mission in your local community. You will service approximately 100 residential accounts per shift, delivering compostable goods to doorstep household and walk-in office locations, with occasional deliveries to restaurants. Your day involves collecting 4-gallon bins containing food waste and leaving a clean, empty bin in its place, ensuring the customer's location is left free of debris. At the end of your route, you will return to the CompostNow warehouse to unload your van.

This role operates in a physically active environment where you will work outside in all elements. You will drive newer, well-maintained vehicles and perform pre- and post-trip safety checks, weigh bins, record weights, and maintain a clean vehicle. Success in this role requires responsibility, strong communication, and adaptability. You will work autonomously with minimal oversight while maintaining regular, constructive communication with your team.
