We are a small appliance store located in Gladstone, Oregon, dedicated to serving our local community with quality products and personalized service.
About the Role
As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our company during the final leg of the customer journey. This full-time hourly position requires you to transport appliances safely and efficiently to customers' homes. You will work a standard schedule of five days between Monday and Saturday, with hours approximately from 9 AM to 6 PM, and an occasional Sunday shift as needed. After a three-month probationary period, full-time employees (averaging over 30 hours per week) become eligible for medical benefits, short and long-term disability, and a life insurance policy paid for by Hamilton's Appliance. Additionally, the role offers sick leave and a progressive paid time off plan, starting with 40 hours after one year and increasing to 80 hours after two years.
