Delivery Driver

About the Role

As a Delivery Driver Team Member at Chick-fil-A, you will serve as a vital brand ambassador for our Avondale Haslet location. This role is designed to refresh and care for our guests every day, ensuring they experience our core values of being Fast, Friendly, and Accurate. You will operate during specific delivery shifts that may range from early morning through evening, fluctuating based on delivery volume as our service grows.

Beyond driving, you will support restaurant operations by restocking, serving customers, and refreshing beverages. You will also be responsible for vehicle and fleet maintenance, managing checklists, and training new employees on basic tasks and delivery fundamentals. A key part of your day involves modeling Chick-fil-A cultural standards in every interaction, including assisting with guest recovery for delivery orders to ensure our "Second Mile Service" strategy is fulfilled.

Requirements & Process

To join our team, all delivery drivers must be over the age of 18 and possess a valid DMV driver's check and background check. Personal liability insurance is required, as you will be operating leased business motor vehicles. We look for candidates with high energy, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to be adaptable and dependable in a fast-paced environment.
