Delivery Coordinator

About the Role

Camping World is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to serve as the vital link between our Sales and Service teams. In this commission-based position, you will ensure a seamless preparation and delivery process for all new and used RVs. Your mission is to deliver a consistently exceptional and professional experience for every guest, guiding them from the moment of sale through the completion of their delivery.

As a key member of our growing team, you will act as the primary guide for new RV owners. You will lead thorough vehicle demonstrations, perform final quality inspections, and introduce guests to our Service Advisor team to schedule their first appointments. Beyond the mechanics of delivery, you will foster lasting relationships by following up with guests within 24 hours to confirm satisfaction and encourage survey participation. This role is designed for those who thrive on organization, problem-solving, and creating memorable customer experiences.

Successful team members in this role have the opportunity to earn up to $65,000 or more annually through uncapped commissions based on performance. The position offers a dynamic day-to-day workflow that includes coordinating lot preparations, managing work orders for reconditioning and trade-ins, and collaborating daily with Sales and Finance & Insurance (F&I) managers to ensure timely deliveries.
