As a Customer Service Representative with a focus on Video Repair at Spectrum, you will use your communication and problem-solving skills to nurture and maintain relationships with customers subscribed to our high-quality cable and video products. Every day, your work will strengthen connections between Spectrum and our customers.
You will be the voice of a Fortune 100 company, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to cable and video services. Your day will involve interacting with customers through inbound phone calls to resolve a variety of topics, including billing questions, account updates, and subscriber challenges. You will work in an open, friendly environment with a supportive, energetic team, navigating computer systems and learning about our business while answering calls and resolving issues.
This position is onsite, working in a call center environment. We are a large organization with bustling 24/7 call centers offering a variety of shifts. If you enjoy talking to people and fast-paced work, you will thrive inside our customer service environment.
Training: Extensive training is provided for 13 weeks, running from Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Schedule: After completing training, you must be flexible to work a schedule of 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. with two weekdays off.

6+ months of customer service experience; 1+ year working with computers and software applications; 6+ months of heavy volume phone experience in customer service or a call center; experience with MS Office and computer skills; typing skills; strong communication, organization, time management, multi-tasking, and customer service skills; qualities such as being dependable, professional, solution-oriented, results-driven, and resilient.
