About the Role
Are you positive, proactive, and passionate about helping people? As a Customer Service Representative at Spectrum, you will be vital to our mission, taking inbound calls and providing support that strengthens connections between Spectrum and our residential customers. In this role, you will focus on Internet and Voice Repair, troubleshooting technical issues, and handling billing inquiries. Every day, your work will connect people in ways that matter and make a positive impact on our subscribers.
We operate large, 24/7 call centers with a variety of shifts. You will use your customer-centric mentality and a variety of tools to overcome challenges and get services running smoothly. Be prepared to manage tough feedback from clients while conveying a strong understanding of Spectrum services, which include Internet, TV, Mobile, Voice, local news, and regional sports across 41 states.

Hiring Process & Application
Start Date: July 13, 2026
Training Schedule: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday.
Post-Training Schedules: All shifts are 2nd shift, working a minimum of one weekend day, with start times ranging between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
Important Eligibility Note: This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.
